Apothecary of Shelton is a community-minded herb shop on West Cota Street carrying bulk medicinal and culinary herbs, tinctures and supplements. This workshop costs $45 and covers which forms of a remedy suit which situation, so you leave knowing when to reach for a tea versus a tincture. The hands-on portion produces a finished bottle of elderberry syrup to use through the winter. Light food is provided during the session.
