The Salmon Center, a Belfair nonprofit focused on the connection between land, people, and salmon, launched this through a new partnership with Bouchard Hauling and Removal. The event has run on the last Friday of each month from June through August, with August 28 closing out the series. Participants simply show up during the two-hour window with items in reasonable condition and browse what others have contributed, with no fee and no registration. The Salmon Center campus sits on the Union River estuary and is worth a walk around while you are there.
