Alderbrook Resort's culinary team designs each Canal Cookout menu to showcase what's freshest; the Summer Time Smoke Show centers on smoky, flame-kissed cooking in an interactive, beach-side format at Hook & Fork at the historic Hood Canal Marina. The event runs from 6 to 8 PM at 5101 WA-106 in Union; tickets are available through the resort's website. Both Canal Cookout events this season fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.
