Explore Hood Canal is kicking off the Hood Canal Huddle, a new monthly online meeting for Mason County's chambers of commerce, event organizers and tourism partners. Each Huddle is a fast-paced hour that looks back at what just happened around the county and looks ahead to what's coming, so the best of Mason County gets in front of visitors.

The first Huddle, "Haunts & Holiday Lights," recaps the county's Halloween and harvest events and previews December's tree lightings, holiday markets, parades and seasonal specials. Each chamber will share its members' upcoming events, and Explore Hood Canal will walk through its holiday promotion plans across ExploreHoodCanal.com, social media and advertising.

Partners are encouraged to bring their December events and submit them to the ExploreHoodCanal.com calendar ahead of the meeting. The Huddle is free and open to chambers, event organizers, lodging and tourism businesses, and community partners throughout Mason County.
