The Apothecary of Shelton runs this hour-long session on West Cota Street as a deliberately low-barrier class — the sliding scale is offered with no judgement about where you land on it. There is no make-and-take component, but attendees go home with two recipes to try on their own. Content covers symptom relief, remedies and how to stock a household before cold season peaks.
