Fjord Oyster Bank
The former Columbia Bank in Hoodsport has a new look. Since the 1970s a bank has graced this plot of land overlooking Hood Canal & the Hoodsport Fish Hatchery.
Fall of 2022 it was converted to host some of the most amazing oyster and clams and seafood recipes (as well as non-seafood menus).
When it comes to preparing local Northwest seafood Chef Xinh Dwelley is the undisputed legend in creating a fusion of flavors that are remarkable. We are honored that she personal designed and trained the staff throughout 2023 to build the Fjord Oyster Bank menu.
