Wilde Irish Pub, Shelton's first Irish pub, caps the room at thirty people and sells tickets in advance through a Stripe checkout link. The price covers the wines, the pours and an individual loaded charcuterie board assembled by the kitchen. Organizers are blunt that the evening is built around good food and good company rather than formal tasting notes, and they advise arriving hungry. Once the thirty tickets are gone they are gone, so book ahead rather than showing up at the door.
