Shelton's Antique, Vintage and Specialty Shops will host their monthly Best Friends Fridays event on September 11, with extended hours from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. This month's theme, "Back to Cool," celebrates the arrival of fall, with participating shops offering specials and giveaways throughout the evening.

The event welcomes three new additions to the Shelton Shopping Adventures group: The Ice Cream Shop at CJ's Corner, Emerald Wellness, and The Seed-PNW. Group spokesperson Beth McBain of Back Room Vintiques says the fall season is a good time to focus on health, wellness, and indoor gathering activities such as crafting, dining, and vintage treasure hunting.

Participating businesses include Some R 4 U Antiques, ISH-PNW, The Shelton Candy Shoppe, Maggie's Market, Back Room Vintiques, Witch's Cove, The Apothecary of Shelton, Emerald Wellness, The Seed PNW, and CJ's Corner.
