The Economic Development Council of Mason County and the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner co-host this presentation on the IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home program. Attendees learn how home hardening, defensible space, and simple maintenance choices can dramatically reduce wildfire risk. The 90-minute session is geared toward local property owners who want to be prepared. It's free and open to the public at 525 W Cota St.
