The Posh Pescatarian, operating from the historic concession building inside Twanoh State Park in Union, offers a special Juneteenth menu including Seafood Jambalaya with shrimp, sausage, chicken, and Creole spices ($25), a Juneteenth Hot Link Plate with house potato salad ($15), and Peach Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream ($8). Groups of five or more should pre-order jambalaya through The Posh Pescatarian Facebook page. This is one of the final weekends Twanoh's main day-use area will be fully open before a yearlong restoration closure beginning July 5.
