Alderbrook Resort & Spa hosts a recurring New Moon Floating Sound Bath in the resort's pool house — a meditative experience using crystal singing bowls attuned to the seven chakras to encourage stillness and calm. Participants are welcome to float in the pool or use poolside yoga mats. Each session offers a custom sound experience selected for that evening.
