This half-day retreat draws on the ancient science of yoga and its relationship to the human mind. Attendees explore vedic concepts including the indrays (senses), the gunas (qualities of the mind), ayurvedic living, kriyas, pranayama, and anudhyana, blended with modern science and geared toward everyday life. The session closes with a Gong Bath. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and water are provided; participants are encouraged to bring anything that adds to their comfort.
