Fjord Oyster Bank celebrates National Author’s Day with a literary-inspired feast featuring dishes from Chef Xinh Dwelley’s cookbook alongside plates nodding to famous food-loving writers and storytellers. Guests can expect four inventive courses—think references to Xinh, Bourdain, Zimmern, Steinbeck, Dahl, Kesey, Beckett, and more—each course a playful page-turner that blends story and flavor.

The evening includes drinks and a customized secret key exchange in the Fjord Vault: each guest receives a key matched to a surprise book selected just for them, turning dinner into a tactile love letter to reading.
