Celebrate the legendary spirit of Xinh Dwelley — chef, storyteller, and champion of Northwest seafood — with an unforgettable dining experience at Fjord Oyster Bank. Inspired by her belief that a true seafood boil was more than a meal, this evening is designed as a celebration of tide, table, and community.

The evening begins creekside with signature small bites, a Tahini-dressed salad, and warm bread, all served at the rustic slab table with carefully paired wines. The highlight of the night comes with the dramatic pot reveal: as the lid lifts, the air fills with the rich aroma of Dungeness crab, clams, mussels, corn, potatoes, and smoked sausage, all simmered in a seasoned broth over flame.

Served lodge-style, this feast is meant to be cracked, dipped, shared, and savored — just as Xinh intended. To end the night, guests will enjoy an indulgent spread of house-made desserts, the perfect sweet finale.
