The Glen Resort is partnering with Seatsu Sauna to bring a Scandinavian-inspired wellness experience to the Hood Canal. This exclusive two-day wood-fired sauna and cold plunge pop-up invites guests to unwind, recharge, and connect with nature in a serene waterfront setting.
Each private session lasts 1.5 hours and includes full use of the sauna and cold plunge for up to four people ($190 total). Guests are guided through Seatsu’s signature Heat–Cool–Relax cycle — alternating between the sauna’s deep warmth, a refreshing rinse, and an invigorating cold plunge — designed to improve circulation, release tension, and leave you feeling rejuvenated.
Sauna sessions will run from midday through the evening on Saturday and morning through midday on Sunday. Participants should arrive hydrated, bring two towels, a water bottle, and bathing suit, and sign Seatsu’s electronic waiver before arrival.
This event marks the first in a planned series of monthly wellness pop-ups designed to complement The Glen’s ongoing music and food experiences. Together, these events aim to inspire locals and visitors alike to discover a new side of Hood Canal living: one that embraces relaxation, connection, and year-round adventure.
