Mason Health’s beloved Trunk or Treat event returns for its sixth year, offering a fun, safe, and family-friendly afternoon of Halloween celebration. Sponsored by WellPoint, this community tradition transforms the hospital parking lot into a festive landscape of themed displays, candy stations, and creative costumes — with participation from local businesses, nonprofits, and hospital departments alike.

Each department brings its own imaginative flair, from Disney princesses and Minions to superheroes and Ghostbusters, creating a colorful and welcoming atmosphere for kids of all ages. Families are encouraged to dress up, bring candy bags, and enjoy the variety of treats, activities, and health-conscious giveaways throughout the event.

Visitors can also take advantage of free flu shots on-site and learn about Mason Health’s growing services, including expanded eye care and the upcoming Highfield Open MRI debuting in early 2026. This annual celebration continues to highlight Mason Health’s commitment to community wellness, partnership, and joy — one treat at a time.
