Fjord Oyster Bank
Summer live music on the new Finch Creek Stage in Hoodsport. The former Columbia Bank in Hoodsport has a new look. Since the 1970s a bank has graced this plot of land overlooking Hood Canal & the Hoodsport Fish Hatchery.
In the fall of 2022, it was converted to host some of the most amazing oyster, clam, and seafood recipes (as well as non-seafood menus).
When it comes to preparing local Northwest seafood, Chef Xinh Dwelley is an undisputed legend who creates a fusion of remarkable flavors. We are honored that she personally designed and trained the staff throughout 2023 to build the Fjord Oyster Bank menu.
