The Owls’ Hollow at Lake Cushman

The Owls’ Hollow sits right on the shoreline of Lake Cushman, up in the mountains outside Hoodsport, with wide views of the lake and the Olympics. In summer, guests get free use of the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, canoe and pedal boat, plus a private dock. In winter, it’s a good spot to sit by the wood-burning stove and watch storms roll across the water.

The custom-remodeled cabin has a well-stocked kitchen, games and books, and a wraparound deck. Outside there’s a fire pit and a Level 2 EV charger. It’s in the neighborhood closest to the Staircase entrance to Olympic National Park, so it works well as a home base for hiking and exploring the Olympic Peninsula.
