Wagner Vineyards is hosting a special Winemakers Dinner on Saturday, January 31, featuring a multi-course meal paired with premium wines. The evening begins with a welcome pour of Conundrum White Blend, followed by a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner.
The menu includes a crab cake with caper béarnaise paired with Mer Soleil Chardonnay, seasonal mixed greens with pomegranate vinaigrette paired with Caymus Walking Fool Red Blend, braised short ribs with carrots vichy and parsnip purée paired with Bonanza Vinekeeper Cabernet, and finishes with a chocolate brownie mousse ganache paired with Caymus Napa Cabernet.
