The adventure starts at 2:00 PM, just below low tide. Bring your rubber boots, warm clothes and an appetite for Champagne and oysters. A mid-day, four course supper with wine pairings will be prepared and served on the beach by Renee Erickson and the Bar Melusine team. Education and anecdotes provided by our friends at Hama Hama.
As the tide comes in, guests will head to the fire pit for cookies and Calvados with Renee and crew!
