Outstanding in the Field on the Hamma Hamma Estuary

  • Hama Hama Oyster Co Lilliwaup, WA (map)

Head out to the Hama Hama Oyster Farm for this unique Hood Canal experience with amazing food, drink and one of the most picturesque locations on the fjord right at the head of the Hamma Hamma River.  Hama Hama Oyster Co. plays host to this event with guest chef, Jason Stoneburner, Stoneburner, Seattle, WA.

Hama Hama is a 5th-generation family-run oyster farm. The growing beds are located at the mouth of one of the shortest, coldest, and least developed rivers in Washington State. That translates to pure, fresh oysters downstream. You will literally enjoy the courses of your exquisitely prepared dinner while the river courses from the Olympic range at your backside.

Chef Jason Stoneburner began his restaurant career at the age of 13 as a burger joint busser. Now he has two restaurants - Stoneburner and Bastille. Bastille has a rooftop garden and beehive, providing ingredients that are served in both restaurants.

Tickets $225.00/person – Tickets on sale now through Outstanding in the Field.
