I happen to know that the ice cream at this shop is fantastic. Just down the street you can get a great breakfast in a quaint restaurant. The Staircase entrance to the Olympics is just up the street.

One of the best places to stop when visiting Hoodsport is Hoodsport coffee shop, I think that’s what it’s called. Loved the coffee, very comfortable and has wifi.
When going south down the canal the shop is on your left.

The whole town is very cool. If you are going to go hiking at Staircase, you should stop in Hoodsport to grab food. The ice cream place on the corner is great.

Shopped at Lauries and found a great book about the area - Voices from the Mountain - story is set in the Park - good read and great shopping place in Hoodsport
