My husband and I spent the day with friends at their cabin on Mason Lake. What we found out was that there are 3 private parks around the lake. We would like to know how
a person can become a member of one of those private parks.

The only way that you can become a member of one of the private parks around Mason lake is to be a land owner in those areas. I own a house in the Paradise Shore Estates neighborhood which has a very nice waterfront park and boat marina. We all pay annual dues to maintain the park. Lots in the area can be purchased for approximately $75,000 as of 8/2007. Each lot in Paradise includes water. Most of the other lots around the lake require private wells.
